Sassy Pork Loin:
Coat pork loin with sassy rub and place on skewer; cook on rotisserie for 1 hour at about 375 degrees. Remove and let cool for a about 10 minutes then slice and serve.
Marinade for London Broil:
Mix 1/2 package of Sassy Marinade & Rub with 1 pint of your favorite vinegar (we use Balsamic Vinegar and Red Wine Vinegar for our london broil) and mix well. Score london broil with a knife place in ziplock bag or plastic container pour marinade over beef. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (up to a day prior to grilling). Cook on grill until done. Allow london broil to rest then slice and enjoy. Serve with garlic mashed potatoes and green beans.
